 TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Blanche’s Beautiquè (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the use of our services, including but not limited to beauty treatments, skincare services, and product sales. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. SERVICES & APPOINTMENTS

​

  • Appointments are required for all services and may be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

  • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.

2. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

​

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment and lose only deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours is allowed ONCE once but will still lose deposit.

  • NO-Show with no contact will be banned from booking with Blanche again.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

​

  • Balance for services are due after the appointment via CASH, VENMO, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY OR CREDIT CARD. SORRY NO CHECKS.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferrable will be applied toward the total service cost.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed services.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

​

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical and personal history before receiving services.

  • The Company is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

  • By booking a service, the Client acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with skincare and beauty treatments.

5. LATE ARRIVALS & EXTRA GUESTS

​

  • A 15-minute grace period is permitted (does not apply to MINI-Facials). After that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

  • No extra guests (including children, spouses, or friends) are allowed unless otherwise specified.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

​

  • Clients must reschedule their appointment if they are feeling unwell, even if symptoms are minor (such as allergies or mild colds). This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Client displaying signs of illness or who poses a risk to staff or other clients.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

  • The Client agrees that all services are provided “as is” and that individual results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

​

  • The Company is committed to protecting your personal information and will not share, sell, or distribute Client data without consent, except as required by law.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.​

9. CONSENT

​

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using any services from BLANCHE'S BEAUTIQUÈ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all of these Terms of Service.
