Includes:

- Custom Facial (double cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, steam, extractions, treatment, facial massage, mask, LED therapy, finishing products).

- SPECIAL PRICING FOR FACIAL SERVICES

- Exclusive Savings on products via email.

Terms & Payment

- 3-month minimum commitment , renewable after.

- Initial Payment : $145 ($35 setup + $110 first facial).

- Monthly Charge : $110 auto-billed for the next two months.

- Payment is due on the appointment date .

Booking & Cancellations

- One session per month required. Missed sessions still incur a $110 charge.

- Please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours of service to give others opportunity to book.

- No-shows are charged price of service.

- 15+ mins late = No-show, price of service applies.

Skips

- One-time month skip is allowed, auto-restarts again the next month for duration.

Refunds & Liability

- No refunds under any circumstances.

Results & Aftercare
* Blanche’s Beautiquè does not guarantee specific results for any treatment as outcomes can vary depending on individual skin types and conditions.
* We encourage clients to follow all aftercare instructions provided to achieve the best results. Failure to follow aftercare may impact the effectiveness of your treatment.

- Client must disclose medical conditions before treatments.

Credit Card Agreement

By enrolling, you consent Blanche’s Beautiqué to receive beauty and skincare treatments from Blanche’s Beautiquè.
* You agree to the terms and conditions listed above and acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding your treatment and the policies outlined.
*You authorize Blanche's Beautiquè to charge your credit card monthly for the full term of membership (3 months) and agree to all the terms listed.
